Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing is the Japanese practice of seeking a deep and meditative connection with nature. There are many well-researched mental and physical health benefits to getting outside and immersing in nature, and our campus offers many beautiful and tranquil outdoor spaces for mindful relaxation! Please join us for an experiential workshop that will teach you a little about mindful connection to nature, and an opportunity to engage in this practice and connect with others in the process.
