The Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) Department will be hosting a graduate program information session on Thursday, December 3 at 4 pm. We invite you to attend to learn more about the program, application process, and to ask questions.
MSE is an interdisciplinary department that allows students to enter our graduate programs coming from a range of undergraduate degrees relevant to engineering, physics, and chemistry. We offer both Ph.D. and Master’s degree programs. The application deadline for Autumn 2021 admission for our Ph.D. program is January 6, 2021, and our Master’s Program deadline is March 15, 2021.
The MSE graduate programs provide students the opportunity to receive academic and research training from our award-winning faculty on the pulse of cutting edge research. Our students have the opportunity to practice applying new tools and skills in a project-based and research learning environment and gain experience working with industry and academic partners from top companies in the northwest and beyond.
