Receive FREE mental health support from BIPOC therapists for BIPOC individuals and communities most impacted by the pandemic and racism online

NAACP Seattle King County, Public Health Seattle King County, Federal Way Black Collective, Black Nurses Rock, Progress Pushers, Disability Rights WA, Rooted in Rights, and the City of Federal Way are holding space for FREE mental health support on Wednesday, January 13th from 6:00 -10:00 p.m.

This community mental health day is a resource for youth, young adults, adults, and elderly who have been historically marginalized, especially people from the Black community in King County and communities most impacted by COVID-19 and police violence.

  • You are invited to sign up online for 45-minute sessions with a certified provider. Please sign up for only ONE appointment. If signing up for multiple slots for others, an email is required. ZOOM links will be on your “ticket” once you’ve signed up.
  • Sessions are not intended to provide therapy or assessments but will offer a safe space for sharing, learning stress management and coping strategies, as well as available mental health resources.
  • Limited slots available, so reserve your time now! If you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, please do so to accommodate others who are interested.
