Update 9/3/2021
Dear ECE students
The Autumn 2021 TA application for Electrical and Computer Engineering courses is now open and can be found at https://forms.gle/mxpD5ZxVaTVRwC2v7
A few reminders:
-
PMP classes can be challenging to match as they need specific skill sets. If you have the following skill sets I encourage you to apply. The syllabus for these PMP classes are also attached.
- EE 538 – Experience with transistor-level analog design in CMOS technologies, including single-stage amplifier design (common-source, common-gate, source follower), current mirrors and biasing circuits, and fully differential opamp/OTA design with common-mode feedback; Verification experience in Cadence ADE/ADE-XL
- EE P 502 – It would be really great if a TA had pretty good math skills, so that they can follow along some of the proofs that students may be asked to submit. More important, however, would be for them to have good working knowledge of programming with Python.
- EE P 596A: Python, PyTorch, machine learning, signal processing, image processing, computer vision, git
-
International students must meet memo 15 criteria to be eligible to TA
-
You must use your UW net ID to log in to the form
-
A resume is required. Please have a section where you list ALL skills (Java, Python, CUDA, OpenCL, GPU, Verilog, etc). The rest of your resume should reflect all duties related to teaching, mentoring, tutoring or project leadership, etc.
