CTL TA Program plenary on student mental health – 9/20

CTL’s TA Program once again includes a closing plenary (Sep. 20) on student mental health, in an effort to reach more grad students with introductory training on the topic. Although the session is not engineering specific, I am co-facilitating it with Counseling Center director Natacha Foo Kune.

If your department does not have its own training through the Counseling Center, please consider encouraging your new and returning grad students to register for the TA Program and participate in the closing plenary, entitled “In it Together: TAs and mental health”. If your grad students do not normally attend CTL’s TA Program, I might be able to work with the Counseling Center staff to provide another way for your students to engage in this important training. Please get in touch.
