The Computer Science Department at the University of Rochester has opened a focused faculty search on NLP-related subjects. “The University of Rochester seeks applicants for a tenure-track position as assistant professor with a joint appointment between the Department of Computer Science and the Goergen Institute for Data Science. We are eager to hire in natural language processing, including language understanding and dialog systems, and in machine learning, including optimization methods and trustworthy learning. Exceptional candidates in all areas of computer science and data science are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have (or be about to receive) a doctorate in computer science, data science,electrical engineering, or a related discipline.”
