Algorithms group at MSR Redmond is looking for exceptional researchers to contribute to several ambitious projects aimed at advancing the state of the art in deep learning with a particular focus on differentially private learning. Applicants must have a demonstrated ability for independent research and a strong academic publication record.
The current focus is on making private training of NLP models broadly useful in Microsoft and in the industry. We look for someone who has extensive hands-on experience with deep learning tools and architectures, willing to work on differential privacy for ML. Prior experience with differential privacy is not a requirement.
