Happy New Year! I hope you all have had a great end to your quarter. Our annual ECE Research Showcase is scheduled for Thursday, March 7th, 2023 at 5pm in the HUB North Ballroom. This year we will also have prospective students attending Visit Days at this event to learn more about our research.
For a refresher, our ECE Research Showcase allows you all as students to showcase the exciting research projects you have been working on in labs and groups across all areas of ECE in a poster-session format. It is a vibrant opportunity for you all to present your work and network with industry and alumni guests.
This year, due to space limitations, there will be a selection process. Please apply with the following this link. Student registration closes on Thursday, January 25th at 6:00pm. You will know by January 30th if you all were selected for this event.
After you have submitted your application, the next step in this process will be designing and uploading your poster. Below you will find the links to Google Drive folders that contain the templates necessary for these submissions and the folder which you will upload your content to.
Poster Submission Deadline is February 13th at 8:00 am.
This deadline is for the events team to print out your posters for you. If you miss this deadline, no worries, you can always print the poster out on your own.
