The ECE Department will be attending the NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers) Convention in Atlanta, GA on 3/20 – 3/24 to recruit prospective graduate students. We are looking for a current grad student to attend, to represent the department, and assist with recruiting. If you’re interested in attending, you can participate in as little or as much of the conference as you like, outside of the college career fair sessions and will be assisting our Graduate Student Staff Assistant Niveditha Kalavakonda. The Department would pay for your registration and travel expenses.
Please let us know if you might be interested in attending to assist in our recruiting efforts especially if you are already planning to attend the conference already. I’ve cc’d Nivii who can answer specific questions about attending if you are interested.
