Join GradSWE on May 16th for an “Early-Career Academia Advice Event” featuring a panel of professors from UW and Seattle University.
At this event, panelists will discuss advice for the academia career path. Often topics such as “How do I effectively recruit graduate students as a new PI?” or “How do I balance teaching, research, and service obligations?” are challenging to learn about in graduate school. This event is a chance for graduate students and postdocs to ask questions about the academia career path and how to be successful as a new PI.
