CC@E has just launched our new CLIMB (Connect, Leverage, Initiate, Maximize, Build) career development website. This site is designed to help engineering students take full advantage of their time at UW and prepare them for initial and long-term career success. The CLIMB website provides a checklist of useful career information to help students track their professional development progress.
As you work with students, you will be able to use this tool to help them progress through their college experiences (coursework and activities) and develop workplace competencies that will shape their future careers. All students will benefit from this programming model regardless of when; from where; or at what level of career-awareness they come to UW.

We’ve attached a flyer that can be distributed to students. [Note: We are developing new student-facing marketing materials which will be ready for our official release Winter Quarter.]
