The EDP is an entry level R&D rotational program for new grads with a Mechanical, Materials, Biomedical (Bioengineering), Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related degree (BS or MS earned in or between August 2025 – June 2026). EDP is designed to give new engineering graduates an opportunity to spend the first three years of their career rotating through three different BD businesses throughout the US. EDPs work side by side with R&D engineers on cross functional teams to design, develop and manufacture a wide range of medical devices, growing their BD network with each successive rotation.
