Learn more about service and leadership opportunities and how to get involved! This interactive info session will have students map out their personal experiences, communities, backgrounds, and motivators to identify opportunities for leadership and community engagement through the Community Engagement and Leadership Education (CELE) Center for their UW experience.
You will also meet staff from the CELE Center and learn about a wide variety of ways to get engaged in your communities and develop your leadership skills. We will share information about CELE Fellowships; CELE K-12 Tutors; Community-Engaged Courses; Democracy Dawgs; Leadership Minor; Dream Project; NextGen Civic Leadership Corps; Othello-UW Commons; Riverways Education Partnerships; Undergraduate Community Based Internships (UCBI); and Work Study Tutors.
