The goal of this course is to introduce students to leadership skills that will propel them forward in their careers and lives, whether in academia or industry.
The course will be a mix of lectures and group discussions, supplemented by small-group exercises where students can practice the skills introduced in the lectures.
The course will cover:
– Knowledge of contemporary topics in leadership
– An introduction to the wealth of leadership resources available
– Practical skills and tools to use as leaders
