Your WE Rise Program is now inviting our upper division to graduate students to apply to participate in the Winter quarter PMP (Professional Mentoring Program). Mentoring can help women in STEM optimize their academic and career options. Mentoring allows students to develop productive relationships with industry mentors while enhancing a mentees identity, self-efficacy, and substantial interest in and commitment to having the desired Engineering career of your choice.
