Emergency Aid Request Form – Closed until September 30

The Emergency Aid Request Form has been closed for the time being as the Office of Student Financial Aid prepares for Autumn Quarter. The form will reopen on September 30. In the meantime, students with urgent need can email emergaid@uw.edu with a request for emergency aid.

Engineering students will be eligible to be considered for COE funds dedicated for emergency aid by submitting this request form.
