The Center for Evaluation & Research for STEM Equity (CERSE) at the University of Washington is seeking a graduate research assistant to assist with an ongoing qualitative research project, REDPAR, as well as ongoing evaluation projects. This position is primarily qualitative, though some knowledge of basic quantitative methods would be helpful. CERSE conducts research, evaluation, and consulting on diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM fields.
