November 1, 2021

The Winter 2022 TA application for Electrical and Computer Engineering courses is now open and can be found at

A few reminders:

  • PMP classes for Winter 2022 can be found at
  • International students must meet memo 15 criteria to be eligible to TA
  • You must use your UW net ID to log in to the form
  • A resume is required. Please have a section where you list ALL skills (Java, Python, CUDA, OpenCL, GPU,  Verilog, etc). The rest of your resume should reflect all duties related to teaching, mentoring, tutoring or project leadership, etc.
  • You have a higher chance of finding a TA position if you list up to the maximum of 8 classes that you are confident you have the skills to TA
  • The Winter 2022 Daytime classes can be found at
  • Syllabus for Daytime undergraduate classes can be found at labeled Master Course Descriptions
  • The TA website managed by our Lead TA, Jenny Cho will be updated for Winter. It has past workshop information and class supporting resources –
  • PhD students are first priority and usually take a few weeks to get through. Masters and Undergrads are generally not considered until 99% of our PhD’s are placed so may take longer to send out offers.
  • Masters and Undergrads should reach out to other departments in which they have the skills and knowledge to inquire about TA positions and processes.

The deadline to apply is Monday, November 15 by 5pm.
