Computer Engr faculty position open at UWT – currently reviewing applications

The School of Engineering and Technology (SET) at the University of Washington Tacoma invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Computer Engineering (CE). Positive factors for consideration include, but are not limited to, candidates making connections between Computer Engineering and Computer Science. The position is a full-time, multi-year appointment with 9-month service periods and with an anticipated start date of September 16, 2022. 

Specific teaching needs include but are not limited to: teaching undergraduate and graduate courses and mentoring student projects. The position will be expected to teach courses that make connections between computer engineering and computer science. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a vigorous, funded research agenda in the area of Computer Engineering and utilize industry practices to lead a vigorous research agenda.
