We are looking for an undergrad student for our team (Physics Department) who would like to work 8-16 hours per week in IT.

Job Duties
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software (operating systems and applications).
- Install printers and scanners on computers.
- Create and update documentation and prepare training materials.
- Support users that request assistance (desktop support).
- Assist IT Director and/or IT Specialists with projects (examples preparing equipment for surplus and implementing an asset management system).
- Perform all other IT related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Basis working knowledge of MS Windows 10 and/or 11
- Good customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Basic working knowledge of MacOS and/or Linux.
