WELCOME to AUTUMN QUARTER … it’s great to see everyone back on campus, including our employers seeking Engineering talent. Whether you need a RESUME reviewed, want to practice your INTERVIEW skills, or strategize on SALARY NEGOTIATIONS, the “Career Center @ Engineering” (CC@E) is ready to help you.
Located in 301 Loew Hall, the CC@E is open Mon – Fri from 8am-4pm. With 15- and 30-minute appointments available (both virtual & in-person), our staff is ready to assist you with your professional development needs.
  • ONLINE RESUME REVIEWS: Students can email their resume to “engrhire@uw.edu” for feedback (normally two-business-day turnaround).
  • SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT: Log-in to Handshake (https://uw.joinhandshake.com/login [uw.joinhandshake.com]) with your NetID to find our staff’s real-time availability. In the upper-right, go to “Career Centers => Appointments => Schedule A New Appointment”
  • SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING CAREER FAIR (TWO PARTS): A VIRTUAL career fair will be held in Handshake on Thu 10/13, and an IN-PERSON career fair will be held in the HUB Ballrooms on Tue 10/18; both fairs will be held from 11:30a – 3:30pm. More details can be found in Handshake.
