The Mary Gates Endowment (MGE) for Students is currently accepting applications for the CoMotion Innovation Summer Internships. The CoMotion Mary Gates Innovation Scholars program funds full-time summer internships in faculty-led start-up initiatives. Selected scholars will contribute to the development of these applications, gaining experience in, and exposure to, various aspects of building a new product/business. The participating research groups have projects at different stages of development; interns may be doing more basic research in some, or more marketing or business development in others.
These internships provide $6,000 for students, as well as 2 general studies course credits. These scholarships benefit students in the current academic year and are open to all UW undergraduate students regardless of class year, major, or residency status. Deadlines are coming up soon, so begin the application process!
