EMSL: Summer School:2023 Demystifying Multiomics with Data Science – July 24 to July 28

Over the course of five days, world-class researchers will provide instruction around the fundamentals and complexities of omics data. Register for EMSL Summer School
Topics include:

• Day 1 – Tools for Data Analysis: software tools for data analysis
• Day 2 – Data Science 101: common and/or fundamental models and algorithms
• Day 3 – Proteomics: data analysis in proteomics
• Day 4 – Transcriptomics: data analysis in transcriptomics
• Day 5 – Metabolomics and Multiomics Integration: data analysis in metabolomics

Presentation material is geared toward post-doctoral associates and Ph.D. students, but all are welcome to attend.

Additionally, a student-only session will be held each afternoon. This session is only available to students who have submitted applications and have been selected to participate. More information will be available in the coming months.
