Academic Support Programs (ASP) is excited to share with you a new GSA position for Ph.D. students at UW-Seattle! The job description is attached. This GSA will be key in training tutors and coaches in facilitating exam reviews, discussion sessions, and workshops for large gateway courses across the College of Arts & Sciences and beyond.
This is a great opportunity for a Ph.D. student to develop a skill set beyond their specific discipline, supporting undergraduates as they transition broadly into academic life at the UW. This is also an opportunity for our program to develop more robust relationships and support for departments teaching larger gateway courses. We are genuinely excited and we hope the position can help us as we work to nurture a dynamic, equitable and engaging learning ecosystem at the University of Washington.
Please help us get the word out about this new position! To learn more about ASP, our mission and our great team of professional staff, tutors and coaches, you can look at our website.
