The National Consortium for Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering and Science (GEM) Fellowship.

 The fellowship offers full tuition and fees for underrepresented U.S. citizen students (American Indian/Native, African American/Black, and Hispanic American/Latino) interested in pursuing MS and/or Ph.D degrees., coupled with paid internship(s) opportunities. Applications for early consideration are due October 1^st.
