The Annual Diversity Career Fair (In-Person) is the must-go-to event if you’re looking for a job or internship. This popular fair will connect you with a broad range of employers from technology, healthcare, construction management, consulting, social services, and various local and federal government agencies, to name a few.
The fair is open to ALL UW STUDENTS, ALL MAJORS, and ALL CLASS LEVELS. Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to meet one-on-one with employers who are committed to supporting UW students and alumni from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities, including veterans and LGBTQ+.

BACKPACKS: Given the high number of expected attendees, BACKPACKS will not be allowed into the event. Personal items (e.g., coats and backpacks) may be checked into HUB 214 for the duration of the fair.

HANDSHAKE MOBILE APP: The booth map & assignments will be posted in Handshake prior to the fair. Each employer booth will have a QR code for students to check in; this allows the company to access your profile and/or follow up with guests after the event.

PRE-REGISTRATION: Although not required, attendees should “join” the Handshake event, as employers can then pre-screen your Handshake profile and possibly contact you before the fair.
