The graduate society of women engineers (GradSWE) is hosting a silent book club on Thursday, February 13th from 5 – 7 pm at Big Time Brewery!

For the uninitiated, a silent book club is a gathering where people read in silence at a public venue. The goal is to create a social space for reading without the pressure of finishing a selection or contributing to a conversation. You only need to bring a book and yourself!

The schedule is as follows:

  • 5 – 5:30 pm: Hangout and chat with other attendees, there will also be valentine’s day card supplies to craft with!
  • 5:30 – 6:30 pm: Read 
  • 6:30 – 7 pm: Hangout and chat/ debrief about what you read

All are welcome to attend regardless of GradSWE status
