We still have several spaces for our future engineers to participate in the Spring WE Rise Leadership Academy. The Leadership Academy is a unique opportunity to enhance one’s academic journey and professional development skills. The Academy presents our future engineers a chance to learn more strategies and practices to assist with merging theory learned and the real-world dynamics as a woman in STEM.
Throughout the eight weeks, connect and collaborate with a collective team of our industry motivational speakers, experienced coaches and mentors, and your peers as you discover and learn more about your upward influence, finding the leader in you, empowerment, etc. Explore areas to become familiar with and pathways such as expectations of women leaders, communication and conflict resolution, resilience and healthy mindsets, the transition negotiation, the power of the resume, and much more.
