September 29: Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (WE Lead) Info Session 10-11am (Founders Hall)
– This is a great way for students to learn what WE Lead has to offer, hear about key upcoming deadlines, and meet members of the Student Board! (light breakfast provided)
Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership (WE Lead) program and its upcoming events this fall, offering experiential learning opportunities that support their professional and leadership development.
WE Lead is a co-curricular program that promotes the advancement of women as entrepreneurs, leaders, investors, and agents of innovation. The program is open to women, non-binary students, and allies across the gender spectrum, including undergraduate and graduate students from any major. Students can participate by attending events as desired, applying to join our program’s annual cohort (deadline: 10/14), applying for the winter quarter 1:1 Mentoring Program (application in November), joining our Student Board (application in late Spring), or many/all of these! Upcoming Events
October 13: From Idea to Impact: Women Innovators in Health 2-4pm (Hans Rosling Center for Population Health)
– Panel discussion and workshop featuring women founders developing and leading innovative solutions addressing human health
October 23: Thrive Together: WE Lead Mentoring Circle 9-11am (HUB)
– Registration required for this opportunity to meet and learn from cross-industry professional women leaders, ask questions, and make connections. Students will be paired in small group conversations, connecting with a minimum of 4 mentors.
WE Lead Cohort Application & Info Sessions
The WE Lead Cohort is designed for the most highly engaged entrepreneurial student leaders on campus who want to invest more deeply in their growth, leadership, and entrepreneurial community over the course of the year. Benefits of joining the Cohort include peer mentorship, priority event access, special cohort-only opportunities, and a vibrant community of innovative undergraduate and graduate students from across campus. Students are encouraged to attend an info session (dates below) to learn more. Application opens 10/2, deadline to apply: 10/14.
