CELE Center in Mary Gates Hall and has the central focus of tutoring Seattle Public Schools students in math and reading. Our tutors are undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in tutoring and mentoring students in historically underrepresented and underresourced communities. The deadline to apply is Sunday, October 11.
The main highlights and benefits of the position are as follows:
- 8-19 hours per week at their school site ($21.50/hr for undergraduate students, $23.50/hr for graduate students)
- Monthly cohort meetings
- Option to log travel hours to school site placement
- This is a federally funded program – all participants must be eligible for work-study.
