Hello ECE Community,
The ECE Department and IEEE/HKN will be hosting the annual ECE Spring Picnic on Thursday, May 21st. All ECE students, staff, and faculty are invited to attend and enjoy fresh sandwiches (vegan and gluten-free options available), as well as games and activities, all for FREE!
We will also be hosting our first ever Giant Pong Tournament; the winner will be competing against the Professor team! Please sign up here if you’re interested. Make sure to team up with 1-2 of your friends to participate! The spots are on a first come first serve basis and the deadline will be May 12th at 11:59PM. More details will be announced when the event approaches.

Location: Sylvan Grove
Other Details:
- Everyone attending must bring their Husky Card with them to check in to the event
- For health and safety reasons, this event will be pet free
