Dissertation Writing Intensive

The OWRC Dissertation Writing Intensive is a flexible, multi-day program that brings together graduate writers from across UW working toward a doctoral degree. Writers from any discipline and any stage of their doctoral studies a welcome to join. We invite join for as much or as little of the intensive as they wish. This year’s program will feature:

    • Beginnings & Endings – On Navigating Key Turning Points in the Dissertation Process
  • Interactive webinars with UW librarians & campus partners:
    • Multimodal Library Resources for Dissertation Writers
    • Critical AI Literacy for Dissertation Writers
  • Daily graduate writer meet & greets
  • Self-guided writing blocks with an optional accountability tracker
